Bringing your dog winter

Ideas for a great outing

What better way to get some fresh air than to take a stroll around the village in the bright sunshine?

  • The Lac de l’Ouillette tour is a 25-minute walk that lets you get some fresh air at an altitude of over 2,500m! To get there, take the Solaise gondola with your dog, and a few minutes later, you’ll be at Lac de l’Ouillette.
  • La boucle de la Daille, a 3km walk along the Chemin des Sources between frozen streams and larch forests! A very pleasant itinerary where your little furball can let off steam and run around in the snow.
  • The Vallée du Manchet is an unspoilt spot among the mountains! Isolated from the rest of the world, you can visit the icy waterfall at the end of the path, for a guaranteed change of scenery.

It’s possible to reach the Col de l’Iseran and walk up to the Notre-Dame de Toute Prudence chapel. All you have to do is take the Fornet cable car and the Vallon gondola. Once at the top, you’ll be able to admire a unique panorama and catch a glimpse of the Pisaillas glacier. There are two restaurants along the way:
